Right around I started the last abyss in the map (and clicked a shrine nearby) all game controls failed.

I couldn't cast, roll, portal anything. (got a msg 'you can't portal at this time')
I relogged without closing the client and controls came back.

PS. when I relogged game filter was off for some reason.
PS2. the last hole after relog turned into abyss depths.
