Kraken barrage obliterator Bow

Hello,

I am unable to use my bow "Kraken Barrage Obliterator Bow".
The game shows: "You cannot use this item. Its stats will be ignored".
When equipped, I cannot fire arrows at all.

Character: Deadeye
Level: 79
Weapon: Obliterator Bow
Modifier: 50% reduced projectile range
Quiver equipped and requirements met

This item was usable recently (videos from ~8 days ago show it working).
It appears to be a regression or validation bug.

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue or intended change?
