Eagon stuck mission

Hello,

I have been away for awhile and when i joined my hideout Eagon still has a ! above him with a thread of loneliness thing active in text but the maps not there.
I wonder if this will lock me out of finding another? As its active but cant activate it.

anyone can atleast confirm if i can find a memorytear still?
