[Offense is Rarity]

you know how if u kill stuff faster, u get more loot, which function similar to adding rarity+?

getting defense is always negative rarity.

what if the item has something like this:
increase +.01% item rarity for each 1% point of total global defense.
(u can modify/balance number to make it imba!)

the idea is to give you rarity only if u have high defense.
this balance out and make going tanky build viable.
