You have provided so little information it is impossible for anyone to meaningfully help you. Is this thread about PoE 1 or PoE 2? Which character(s) are affected? Which skill(s) are not leeching anymore? Which leech nodes on the tree have you taken? Are affected characters using Chaos Inoculation? Are you trying to leech Life, Mana, or Energy Shield? If Energy Shield, what converts any leeched Life to leeched ES? etc etc GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
