Deadlocked Can't Access Character

I am currently unable to access my character in Vaal League standard difficulty. My current location is my hideout Beacon of Salvation. I have been experiencing deadlocks this whole season and have been needing to regularly clear my shader cache. This normally resolves the issue at least temporarily.

However, due to the frequency and how often it interrupts my play experience I tried one of the recommendations for helping with shader problems if clearing cache doesn't help and used the nvidia app panel to increase my shader cache size to 100 gb. I did this and another shader cache clear before I went into Atziri's Temple. Once I was in temple I noted that the performance notably decreased. I left temple concerned of issues and attempted to go back to my hideout (using the waypoint in front of temple). That was when I received the deadlock message once again. I attempted to clear the shader cache again with no luck. I cannot load into my hideout. I am stuck in a loop of deadlock errors I fail at the load screen.

Factors I think have been complicating my experience: I play a Disciple of Varashta and I use Anamanu's Tithe on constantly dying and respawning skeletal warriors. I have experienced almost all of my deadlocks related to the animations/particles related to those skills and that support gem in some capacity. Every freeze before deadlocking is usually during an animation for one of those two skills. For whatever issue I've also been experiencing more deadlock events in temple than in other content though I'm not yet convinced this is temple specific.

Current gpu NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Driver version 591.44 (I updated to the second most recent drivers early into the new league due to how often I was experiencing choppiness and lag which definitely helped, performance this league has not been kind.)

Any advice you could give me to help me unbrick this character would be appreciated. I was really close to fighting arbiter and Atziri ;~;

After resetting my computer not once but twice it seems to have fixed itself??? Sometimes I guess you gotta use that crystallized corruption on your PC....
