Bloodmage sunder the flesh and thunderstorm

Hello,

Been using thunderstorm to applyshock and refresh ignites with eternal flame3 support. It appears that the crit chance for this spell is not correctly calculated with sunder the flesh ascendancy (at least in the tooltip). No runes, gems or gear influencing crit chance in anyway are equipped and while my other spells are at 25.35% crit chance (with total 69 increased crit chance from passive tree), thunderstorm is only at 18.6% crit chance.
