Currency Exchange / Stuck Orders

Hello.
My Currency Exchange orders are stuck in “Cancelled” state for 2 days.
They still occupy all order slots and I cannot create or buy anything.
Restarting the game and changing characters did not help.
Please clear the stuck orders on my account.
