Zarohk Refrain & Ice Nova bug

Zarohk Refrain will only infuse the first nova most of the time, the first and second nova sometimes and never the third and fourth regardless of the number of ice infusions I have.
For comparaison, Spell echo does work correctly every times consumming 2 ice infusions and infusing both Ice nova
