Can't connect to login server

I'm currently in hospital, using the WiFi and when I attempt to login I get the contacting server prompt which stays for a while and then it says an unexpected error occured. I've tried reinstalling the game,cache and rebuild data base, connecting to multiple different servers. I've even tethered my phone as a WiFi hotspot and I get the same result.

Please help
