Support gem level not affected by corruption +-1 level on Skill gem

Bug is affecting trigger type support gems which reads "This skill is copying the level of the <Skill name> Gem it is socketed in". The support gem will not gain/lose a level if the skill gem has been corrupted with +1 or -1 level from corruption.

Example Doedre's Undoing, Impending Doom socketed in Despair level 21 (+1 level from corruption). Doedre's Undoing and Impending Doom remain at level 20.
