[Bug] Bijouborne belt: Sacred Flow scaling capped at 3 slots & Minions cannot be summoned

Description:I am experiencing two significant issues when using the Bijouborne unique belt on my Druid:

1. Sacred Flow Scaling Issue:The Druid Ascendancy passive "Sacred Flow" (which grants Spirit per Charm slot) does not account for the additional slots provided by the Bijouborne belt. Even with the belt providing a total of 5 Charm slots, the passive only grants 120 Spirit (as if only 3 slots were active). The expected value should be 200 Spirit (5 times 40).

2. Minion Summoning Bug:While the Bijouborne belt is equipped, it is impossible to summon any minions (e.g., Wolves). The skills appear active on the bar, but the summoning action fails to trigger or complete, making hybrid minion builds unplayable with this item.

Steps to Reproduce:
Equip the Bijouborne Unique Belt.
Allocate the Sacred Flow Ascendancy passive.
Observe that Maximum Spirit from charms is stuck at 120 despite having 5 slots.
Attempt to use any minion summoning skill; the minion will not appear.
Expectation:Sacred Flow should scale dynamically with all available Charm slots (including those from items), and the belt should not prevent the use of minion skills.
