Rune upgrade and limits count are unclear

Hello,

I have equip two staffs on my current build, each on each weapon set.

Lately, I have upgraded them with the augment "Hedgewitch Assandra's Rune of Wisdom" with is described as "Limited to: 1".

After this upgraded, I can only equip one staff, not both. That's unfortunate as this limit count as a global variable for the equipment and not a local variable for the weapon.

Even if they are assigned to two different weapon sets. It should not count as an addition.

Is this behaviour upgrade intented ?
