Ascendancy points not rewarded after completing correct djinn barya

I am playing on Xbox and I have completed multiple Djinn Barya trials that clearly stated they would grant Ascendancy skill points, but I am not receiving any additional points. Platform: Xbox
• Character Level: 79 • Completed Area Level 74 & 75 Djinn Barya • Both tokens stated “This will grant Ascendancy skill points” • Completed the full trials successfully • Interacted with the altar • Relogged / restarted the game • Refunded Ascendancy and re-applied • Still only have 4 Ascendancy points total Additional Ascendancy points should be awarded after completing eligible trials. Actual Result: No points granted and none available to allocate. Last bumped on Jan 9, 2026, 6:35:11 PM

" What do you believe constituted "Completing the full trials"? If you have 4 Ascendancy points, to reach an Ascendancy Altar in Trial of the Sekhemas that will award more points, you have to complete at least 3 floors. Despite what the Altar's tooltip might say, the Altar on the second floor won't grant points. The second floor's Altar can only grant up to 4 Ascendancy points--but, because it can grant as many as you current possess, it's can be interacted with for the sake of changing your Asscendancy. |

I understand that I have to complete a lever 4 floor the ones that I completed that did not give me ascendancy points said it was 4 trials at level 73 and74 so are these supposed to grant me more ascendancy points?
