Simulacrum loot can spawn in inaccessible areas

Simulacrum wave completion loot can sometimes spawn in inaccessible areas of the arena, making it impossible to pick up. This appears to occur when loot is generated outside reachable terrain or behind invisible boundaries.

The issue has been observed during normal Simulacrum gameplay. At the time, a charm that summons allied primates (“Rite of Passage Primate”) was equipped. It is unclear whether the summoned primates contribute to the problem, but they may affect positioning or drop locations.

Expected result:
Loot from completed Simulacrum waves should always spawn in accessible locations.

Actual result:
Loot occasionally spawns in areas that cannot be reached by the player.

Now Kosis, The revelation has spawned in a separate area and is fighting my Rite Of Passage Primates in a different section.
