Vaal Temple Bronzeworks forge bug (Invincible standing around forge)

Encountered a bug where a bronzeworks forge boss "Zantico, Kamasan Smith" stops attacking if you stand close to the forge prop in the center of the room, the opposite side of the enemy.

When in this state, the enemy stops moving towards you and stays in place. Any area attacks it has queued are nullified when reproducing the bug, making it a 100% safe spot to be in. I've been unable to attack it in this state, but this is on a warrior with poor area damage options to be able to reach the other side of the forge prop.

I've run a lot of temples now, but never seen this before, and do not know whether this can be reproduced in another forge room or in another temple instance.
