Waistgate double flask on controller

Bug/problem: On controller there is one skill for mana flask and one for HP-flask. If two mana-flasks are equipped with Waistgate, all flask charges are connected to the mana flask skill. If Lavianga's spirits is equipped in the "HP flask-slot" and has charges, it hinders usage of the other mana flask.

Solution: When two mana flasks are equipped we should get two distinct skills, one for each flask.
