Cannot progress in specific spire on Atlas Map

Triangle tower map (spire), door text does not appear and cannot progress past the first floor. Attempted teleporting, logging off, etc. Lost progress of ritual and a deferment item. Last bumped on Jan 7, 2026, 12:53:16 PM
