My shipment 50M everything gone

What happen with my farming about 2 weeks/entry new year holiday?

Not a very clear post. Are you sayign you sent a ship and now it's not there? or that your farmed crops seem to have disappeared without sending a shipment?

Yes, i sent shipment 50M at midnight and i comeback on another day in evening.
NPC: Tujen tell me a message about "everything is gone" and i press ok that dialog dispapear.
after that i cant see any detail anymore.
it no reward and all goods in shipment is gone.

It's rare but you can lose a shipment if you send things to Kalguur. The dialogue will say something like you lost things to pirates or some ghost flame. This isn't even a prompt where you have to fight the pirate to reclaim and continue the shipment.

i had fight the pirate once in this league on previous shipment (that time maybe 30M), it has multiple option button to select and i select to fight. but this time it does not have any option for me. i just tell "bla bla Everthing gone" with single button "Ok".

Ok, i got response from support.
He cant restore anything from the lost.

i should bear this in my mind.
this is such a harsh reward from the shipment.

that ruin my will so much.

Doesnt the game tell you the shipment risk? Far as I know you can only lose stuff if:
1) Pirate grabs it and you lose or abandon the fight.
2) You have shipment risk >0% - the game tells you this on the risk bar.

my thinking, i or anyone not deserve this reward.
i farm this with painstaking care it for 7-8 day or more (more than 8 hour per day) since 26/12 until get enough goods for the shipment.
but the result i got the pain instead.

feeling like your farming is nothing bro, go and farm with easy drop rate (with pain) again?
it such a heartless trap for who found this. (for me it will be a new year gift that should remember and remind me again when i launch the game icon).

On the right side of the ship panel there is a risk bar. You can mouse over it to see the risk of something bad (other than the Admiral) happening. If the risk is >0% then there should be a visible orange (or red?) bar. You have to check this risk after loading the ship and selecting the target harbour of the ship. Then you can safely (other than Admiral) send it if the risk is 0%.
Note that the risk changes based on the harbour so you cant use the no-harbour value.
