Twitch Drop Claimed but Not Received

The Twitch Drop "Druids of the Maji Portal" shows as claimed on Twitch, but never appeared in my Path of Exile 2 account. Other players received this portal normally, so I would like clarification on what happened. Thank you. Last bumped on Jan 6, 2026, 7:00:16 PM
