Unleash Hell Skill Bug！！！

For the Unleash Hell Skill of Muster Tactician, if the cooldown time of the skill is reduced to below the duration of the volleys of arrows release, that is, if the skill is released again before the volleys of arrows generated after the last release of Unleash Hell end, it will cause the skill to become invalid and can never be released ever,unless the weapon or the skill gem is removed and reinstalled.
I don't know if this is a limitation caused by the mechanism or a bug. I hope it can be fixed. Thank you very much!
