Make cosmetics work with shapeshifting

Some MTX like character effects and probably other effects would look so good after shapeshifting. I have the demonic ghoul character effect and it feels pointless to have it on my character because I'm always in werewolf form and it disables as soon as i shapeshift and that's disappointing. Hopefully this will be considered and added asap.
