Paradox concerning Atziri Statues in Aggorat

In Aggorat there are statues of a 4-chested Atziri. These statues existed prior to the Red Communion, which happens near the end of act 3. The Red Communion is what transformed Atziri into her 4-chested version.

Should the zones (Aggorat and Apex of Filth) be fixed by replacing the current statues with statuses of Atziri prior to the Red Communion? Or, was there some element of foresight used by the Vaal to make the statues prior to her transformation? Did she know what she was going to turn into?
