Not optymalised skills: Frantic Reach and Resolute Reach.

Hello, i just played some oracle werewolf in late game and had a lot of fun, but it wasn't exactly what i wanted. So i created Amazon in werewolf skills, and found something that would help me a lot, instead there are some nodes that most likely, no one is taking them cause they are just so bad and i think it would be awesome to change them cause how it looks like is totally unreasonable in comparison to other nodes.
So to the point, on the left side of the passive tree there is a lot of different "+ area of effect" nodes, which NONE OF THEM, GIVES YOU A MINUS STAT. For example: 1. Primal Growth: +15% area if you killed recently & +8% area of effect = 23% 2. Impact area: 12% area if you stunned & +12% area of effect = 24% 3. Reverberating Impact: +25% armour break & +12% area of effect = 12% 4. Devastation: +15% area damage & +12% area of effect = 12% And now, lets look at the nodes in topic: 5. Frantic Reach: +18% area of effect & -20% accuracy rating 6. Resolute Reach: +18% area of effect & -20% critical chance. So lets compare lets say nr.1 and nr.6, first one is conditional yet gives 24%area of effect (we all know that stunning a monster is easier then finding 2 passive skill points to reduce to none the -20% critical, and even then we still have lower area of effect -,-'') So, GGG, can pls someone explain why it looks like that cause my logic seems like its missing something maybe. My solution would be giving +15% area of effect instead of 18% but get rid of the minus stats from it cause noone is using this, and mostly, in comparison with other area of effect nodes, its just the worst not optimalised stat i found so far.
