Ice nova visual bug

Ever since 0.4 update when you combine ice nova with the support gem unleash it creates a visual bug where it will still do damage but throw out what looks like a wave of air instead. It looks like this 70% of the time when using the spell and if your build is centered around this it's very hard to ignore. Other similar gems like spell echo do not cause this problem. The problem persists even when combining unleash with the astral projection support gem. even the audio of the effect is distorted along with the visual of it. Please fix this it makes me not even wanna continue the build.

Another note is that before 0.4 this visual bug did not exist for whatever reason.
