Cataclysm's wake bugged

Cleared a T1-4 Mod map Corrupted Nexus, died during first boss fight to a one shot of course, respawn and go back into boss room, kill boss, Map completed...
No corrupted boss came out, no quest complete
All surrounding area is cleansed

Cataclysm's wake says Travel to the corrupted nexus...

I did that, I cleared it, all surrounding area is now cleansed, but a corrupted boss didnt spawn there was no 2nd boss fight and my quest is now bugged and stuck on travel to a corrupted nexus, Im locked out of atlas points thanks GGG

This has been a common issue since season 2 it seems

Either update your quest or let players know, Hey you can't die at all during the corrupted nexus or you can't fight the corrupted boss!

I died during the first boss, and clearly that disabled the nexus

So no dying at all during a map with 2 revives wow bravo very fair and rewarding gameplay

I would post this on bug reports but theres already plenty of threads on there saying this, and it keeps giving me a CSRF validation error so IDK
