Defeating the Royal Architect above lvl 75 isn't giving credit

I have killed the architect 3 times now after hitting lvl 75 and the quest isn't progressing forward. Not sure where to troubleshoot from here.

In my experience, the quest tracker seems to regress, but this is only a display issue. Your actual next objective is to reach Atziri, which you can do by placing a Royal Access Chamber after killing Architect, then continuing to run temple until you have a path from the start to both the Royal Access Chamber and Atziri's Chamber (at the upper left of the map). Then, you enter the Royal Access Chamber during a run, then go to Atziri's Chambers to negotiate with her.

Upon successful negotiations, you can place Atziri's Medallion in the vault room just before her chambers by clicking once and waiting (slow animation to open chest). Then, the quest should be complete and you will no longer get pop-ups about your quest objectives nor have it clogging your quest log.

I had to do it again (at level 90) for it to actually fire. my initial time was at level 78.
