Ange ate my Omen of Light

So i put an Omen of Light in the Currency Exchange, went to bed and logged off for about 10 hours. Jumped back on to find my Omen of the Light is no longer on the exchange but I also had not been given my 13 Divine Orbs that i was requesting for it. At the time of exchange the trade was at 12.77 Divine Orbs to : 1 Omen of the Light.

Is there a fix to this?

Has anyone else encountered this bug?

Please help.
