"Blink" Of "Sands Of Silk" Can't Be Triggered After Character Death

Not sure if you found the solution, but all you need to do is un-equip it then re-equip it to gain blink back. I'm not sure how controller works, but with mouse button, the gems are still connected to it so it's easy to do. With controller, idk if the gems automatically go back to inv or not. It's a work around, but still annoying.
