Passive Tree POE2

I logged in today to my character and noticed my skill damage went down by 30K. I then went into the passive tree and was going to do some respect but the nods are all giving me different types of points as they were yesterday or what is on some of the build guides on the internet. Help please!

Check if you have swapped the weapons and this can change your passive tree and gems. You can also change gear and lose ability to use some gems so your damage can drop too.
