temple bug cursing me

Is there a reason why no medallions are dropping at all (I killed the architect 8 times), I have 5 spy masters, I've already run to the temple 70 times?
I dont know what to do,only way i see just to create a new character,but i am lvl 100 on Hardcore

problem fixed somehow idk how,just started to drop ,ty if it did supports xd
