So... My XP on new character somehow BUGGED?

I'm level 12 and currently on Act 3..
The entire character's experience progresses very slowly. It doesn't matter if I'm in a group or alone. Can you imagine play act 3 with 200 hp? Idk what to do..

So, I decided to go back to where it all began, Act 1. The experience issue persisted for a while, but after I joined and left from a random group of people, the experience started flowing like a river. Most likely, the issue is with experience scaling when joining a group, and something's not working correctly there. It might get "stuck" after you get out of group.

If you are more that 5 levels below the area level xp will start to rapidly fall off to the point on no accumulation. % levels below the area level is the sweetspot for rapid leveling
