Pathfinder slow immunity

Hi together,

Idont know if this was already discussed somewhere but i don't find a better place to leave it as a potential feedback.
Im playing a lvl93 galvanic Pathfinder and realised that the slowimmunity ascendancy node doesnt apply toat least the raremob modifier slow bubble and the drown bubbles of those filthy witches. I someone post some other instances of it not applying. That weakens the node horribly. I really think this should work as it reads. More opinions?

I haven't used it since last league, but my Hollow Palm Pathfinder could attack just as fast inside a temporal bubble as outside.

You can still get slowed by special effects, like Maim and Hinder that affect movement speed, not action speed.
