Alt Tab Showing Multiple Windows

When i press Alt Tab (fullscreen mode flipping back to browser)

There is 3 Live Path of Exile Windows showing, which I can click any of them to return to game

AND there is 3 Black Windows that say Path of Exile that do not click.

Any thoughts?

Now I've exited the game.

There is 5 Black Windows that say Path of Exile, and cannot be closed.

My task manager shows no Path of Exile processes running.

It's still happening, not with the duplicate live windows but the black boxes that can't be closed by clicking X when alt tab is up, and there is no process running and the only way to remove them is a pc restart.
