Refund Request Duplicate Early Access Purchase on New Account

I am requesting a refund for the Early Access purchased on this account martinchan#2986 because it is a mistakenly bought and duplicate purchase. I've done that, and they refused to help.
Only because I played within the game for around 6 houes. When I tried to contact the support for refund in this mainsite, system required me to get a verification code within the game to get a repid response, then I logged in the game, got the code then played 6 hours. Then refund requirement is refused. I don't think this is reasonable. Can you help further? or can help to provide the way for Customer complaints. Thanks. |
