Can't add an email for path of exile 2

Hi, I recently tried to add an email to my poe account. Normally I login using the steam option, however with pathofexile 2 coming I want to add my email to my account. However when I try to add the email and I press submit, it gives me an error message which says: "Rate limiting active. You must wait 120 seconds." After I waited a couple of minutes, sometimes up to 10 minutes I keep getting the same message. After a couple of tries the message went up to 3600 seconds of waiting. I just tried after waiting for 2 hours and it keeps giving me that error and I am still unable to add my email to my account.

On exile 1 i had :
JaneOsekour Level 24 MarauderStandard League
LaBouBoul Level 6 MarauderStandard League
Slogone Level 13 WitchStandard League

And account Name : "Slogone" using steam lulu37lulu
