Can't access loot due to certain game mechanics

I had an Abyssal content inside the boss arena at Digsite - Aurelian, the Grand Adjudicator. When he dropped his pillars during his final phase, it fell on top of all the loot that dropped from Abyssal monsters and chests, and I can't pick any of it up.
