Using the Apply (Repeat) functionality for Gemcutter's Prisms moves the selection out of the gem

Using the Apply (Repeat) function with Gemcutter's Prisms moves the selection out of the gem, thus when pressing the bind, it would open up the Bind Selection instead of applying the Gemcutter Prism on the gem.
