Vaal Temple BUGS including Can't open Atziri chamber despite connected by PATH to access chamber

Hello,

I think my POE2 lvl 94 Pathfinder Vaal temple is bugged:
- I can't open Atizir Chamber even though I have a PATH connecting her to the Access room and Architect
- I can't pickup the unique in the Unique Vault
- there is no table corruption in the Tablet Research Vault, I can only get a table
- there are no levers to pull for me to open the room in the Sealed Vault
- Also the medallions I pickup do not show up as avaliable to use
- Can't use Xipocado's console after defeating Architect

My druid Vaal temple works fine.
