Account Locked Question / Assistance

Hello GGG,
I would like to request some information regarding my account getting locked. My account got locked for referencing something in the trade chat in softcore league. I normally play hardcore and have never played softcore for more than an hour. My character died in HC and tested something in softcore and I do admit that I did ask something in chat (although this was truly a joke on my end), it does not come across that way to everyone else as they don't read my mind. I admit that I am wrong and this was not a joke to be tolerated. Would anyone be able to assist me with this and provide some information/resolution. Would love to get back to my hardcore community. The lack of clarity from GGGs side is absolutely appalling. My account got locked and I got no way to clarify for what reason and how long. You only get AI responces from forums and emails and youre left in the dark. Truly terrible design.
