ITs Been alot of Fun for sure and ive put alot of hours in and i mean alot i got 2 characters both 90+ and one almost to 95 (until today) and i have to saythese ar esomethings that need to change and i understand GGG's stance on things but these just dont either make sence or are jsut a net negative for the game in general
1.T16 maps - Why have them if you can only acquire them through corrupting? then why have them? not everyone wants to corrupts and what if you dont have Vaal orbs? might as well just forget they exist also on top of of that its not like there super good and OP to run just seems a pointless process to jsut run a map 1 tier higher 2.1 portal if you make the map 6 mods.... why? what reasonable reasoning would warrent something like that AGAIN these maps are not dropping divines after divines on a constant bases nor are they dropping mirrors left right and centre on top of this GGG's servers have been nothing but awful of late and laggy asf. and as so i will also add a list of NEATIVE things thats comes with running the map with 6 mods they are as follows A. If you die in said map thats it its gone B.IF you die in the map the next map has ZERO content in it even though it is a new map becasue the "area placement is classes as "Yellow" so it basically feels like you have 1 portal of 2 maps C.All loot is gone obviously because you only have 1 portal D.YOU ONLY GET 1 PORTAL this is the dumbest idea/Vision for a game ive ever seen especially when the gaming company can not 100% garrentee a solid lag free connection E.Loot vr Negatives why would you or where is the incentive to even try this as all the forementioned + the loot isnt that great either lets be honest. its not like there like 50x the ammount of loot so again it just seems like a practise you have decided to implement for the sake of nothing? maybe the skae of just trying to make it different from POE 1 well it doesnt work and its not fun F.You lose XP at high levels is it like 10/15% ish so again thats a punishment on its own also its 2026 why are we still losing XP are we all in a competition for money im not aware of? whats the harm if i die i a game am i getting monatory advantages by getting to level 100 deathless?? lol 3.The "hotfixes" Mid season I understand trying to fix and balance content and making to where it is not game braking but you left it way way to late and as a result in this you have made a massive disparage between the better players and the faster gamers or people who no life and the casuals. I have had 14 raw Div's drop the entire season check my drop states internally and i have played my arse off, lucky i have manage to learn how to craft pretty good items therfore i made enuff bank to get my 2 character going BUT there is support gems maninly there Unquie ones that people need for endgame and there 130D on market and some end game staffs and belts are over 220D. Now im all for people putting there own prices on items but with the current temple nerf that seems alot more of a dream item then a aslong as i grind item but to drop 100D in maps (even if youre crafting decent gear) is a life time away by which point the you will either gave up on the league or the new one is out.... Casual players have been hurt the most by the nerfs to temple but ive seen it happen to other content in other seasons not just in POE 2 but POE 1 as well if something is slightly over tuned (im not taking about DAMAGE OR ANYTHING ON MONSTERS) currency wich then you need to be abit more mindful and maybe less harsh with nerfs to content All im gonna say is THE BETTER PLAYERS WILL ALWAYS FINE WAYS TO BE ON TOP IN THE GAME AND WAY TO MAKE MONEY CASUALS WONT, all nerfs to gameplay patches that involve currency hurt the less skilled players or the casuals the most because the rich are still rich such is life 4.Monster and some boss mechanics and interaction - So this is a weird one and im not sure other people have experienced this but i have had some weird interactions with bosses just straight up not taking damage, not hitting very hard then once you get there health down to almost death they just giga hit you with a 1 shot and kill you. Then once you re-enter the map the boss either gets tapped and insta dies or has now became the tankiest things in the history of POE 2 like as if the stats never loaded in on the Boss or the Map Monster then it loaded the stats on them twice its happened loads and has been a very constant and weird interaction ive encountered. 5.Mapping - i know the new end game patch is being worked on as we speak but the Maps in general alot of them are just too long too big or too weird to navigate with loads of small narrow bridges or cave door opening it just feels off to map on alot of the maps dont get me wrong they look amazing but unfortunatly i dont enjoy looking at the maps i enjoy playing the map and from a playing stand point some of them are just straight up hot garbage and horrible to run. SO as for me thats my league experience over now see you next league, the Temple nerf and literally running 12 8 mod T16 maps and coming out with loot i could find in a T10 and no divines because im not on the stream client for me has kinda killed my league but hey looking forward to seeing how next league you can put the player base off with some bad decisions and poorly thought out hotfix (last paragraph was British dark humour) Bye Oh forgot afew things Stability in end game seems alot better and alot more playablable and for the most part i literally had zero "slows" due to the game not being to handle things in end game, and Delirium was alot better as well..... sound on the Abyssal Monsters, or heavy explosions was still like soemone had cranked the bass boom on the sound bar to 1000 at times (the same sound bug from Abyssal league in POE2) Last edited by WarhawkOfficial#9280 on Jan 4, 2026, 3:01:35 PM Last bumped on Jan 4, 2026, 11:30:31 PM
