Feedback Citadels and Arbiter

My experience:
Find three citadels, two of which are the same, after around 30 hours going in one direction on the atlas.
Get the last fragment for arbiter after another 5 hours.
Fight the arbiter with a friend.
Disconnect during one attempt after dying a lot.
Be unable to get back to the area.
Realize I probably have to spend another 30 hours to get another shot.

-> Either let me re-enter the instance after disconnect or, better, make it less of a chore to find the three fragments for arbiter.
