Add a post-death breakdown screen

High tier maps throw all kinds of things at players and oftentimes deaths seem random. With so much happening on the screen it's basically impossible most times to understand exactly what kinds of damage are being thrown at the player. Adding a screen after a death that shows the kind of damage and totals that actually killed the player would help in informing us how to improve our builds. Currently the conventional wisdom is essentially "cap res, max armour/evasion/es/life/recoup etc and cross your fingers" which flies in the face of the "meaningful combat" I keep hearing about.

Been asked for forever, even in the first game. Dunno why they wouldn't add this as all they have to do is pull the last hit info and display it in a player-friendly format.
