GGG should come out with a definition of an exploit and what the punishments for abusing one are

It is getting tiring to click on a thread only to see the 999th argument about what is exploit and what isn't. There must be solid definitions about what an exploit is and what the punishments for abusing one should be. GGG making a manifesto or something similar regarding the issue is very necessary

Absolutely, yes. They need to have a much more clear structure pertaining to what an exploit is and the punishment players receive for exploiting, depending on severity. People can sit here and argue all day about whether Holten is an exploit or not, until GGG comes out and makes it crystal clear their policy on exploits and the punishment associated with them, the arguments are meaningless.
