How come this isn't fixed yet a year later? (Death from above Supporting fire)

It's been over a year and this tactician bug still hasn't been fixed? When fighting Jamanra in the campaign the Death From Above Supporting fire skill is disabled during the second half of the fight, after the caravan splits. It's the only place in the entire games that I've seen this and it's every time I play through as a tactician. It makes it really hard to progress beyond that fight without having to re adjust all of my skills, and in SSF it's even harder since I don't have the resources to make the adjustments. Please, I beg of you, for the love of god, fix this. Thank you.

Just ran into this issue myself... now I'm full stuck unless I somehow go farm enough gold to entirely change my build... kinda wild.
