Solutions to lock room

If you want players to try build different temples - lock medalion should not be restricted to have high chance in the only 1 room - everyone will build same start to sustain it if you keep it as it is.

Solution:
1. Lock medallion have high chance to drop FROM ANY TIER 3 ROOM
2. Players are allowed to lock 1 room each run.( remove it option from medallion and just let players to lock it freely once a run)

and lock should not be restricted to only t3 room, this should be revert.

In my opinion, a good solution would be to revert the lock change and just make it, so locks aren't absolutely, 100% guaranteed to lock a room. Like it has an 80-90% chance or something, so you can still be hindered but not absolutely halted from progressing your temple.

Maybe reduce the chance with tier, for example 100% for T3, 50% chance for T2 and 25% chance for T1 or something like that.
