Shackles of the Wretched - Curse Reflect not working (in certain configurations)

I'm attempting to utilise the unique gloves Shackles of the Wretched in conjunction with Elemental Weakness + Blasphemy socketed with Temporal Chains + "Warding Fetish" node.


Tool tips on both Elemental Weakness + Blasphemy state "curse reflect back to self".



My understanding is for confirmation that the interaction is working, is the respective runic inscription above your character.

Elemental weakness only reflects when I remove the Cursed Ground support, thus only applying the curse when it pops. Blasphemy Temporal Chains does not reflect period.
