Sealed Vault and Atziri Chambers

Sealed Vault: I can't access a node I need on the map. Getting msg to activate a vessel of Estazunti in a connected node. I completed all connected nodes. How can I get there if no other nodes to search for the vessel? Can the surrounding nodes be reset?

Atziri Chambers: Earlier I blocked the main Chamber room with the Thaumaturge room. How can I remove it?
