Lightning Warp

I have seen others already post about this and hope you guys are already tracking. In case not though, I wanted to make another post to help the rolling tide.
The change to lightning warp now favoring targets to apply a de-buff essentially makes a storm weaver build handicapped when looking at play styles before the change. I understand if this was an agreed upon mechanic by most of the staff at GGG, but I believe a simple solution for players who would like to keep this ability is possible along with allowing past stormweaver builds who prefer warping to ball lightning possible. I see this as simple implementing a toggle solution/choice in some way to give players the power to build specifically for their preference. P.S. People want this because ball lightning warping is super cool and it feels good.
