Swap Out Weapon Gems

It would be cool to have the basic weapon skills improve as they gain item power on the equipped.

Then people can choose to use the inherent skills for the weapon/shield and build around it, while others can choose to swap out those slots for other options that don't overshadow the equipment skills.
